建议显影后进行二次曝光,可以有效地提高耐印率。

 

 

使用方法

1、敏 化:用约50克纯净水溶解重氮。然后将重氮溶液倒入感光胶中,用玻璃棒或木棒进行充分搅拌,待气泡完全消失后再使用。

2、涂 布:根据印刷物的需要确认涂布工程次数,以便获得所需的膜厚。

3、干 燥:干燥温度控制在40℃以下为最佳,温度过高会使感光胶产生热反应,影响制版效果,网版应充分干燥。

4、曝 光:最佳光波为300-400nm,若使用超高压水银灯或高压碘镓灯效果更佳。

5、显 影:曝光后放入显影池,显影约一分钟,然后使用高压水枪或喷枪匀速冲洗版面

6、干 燥:显影后,先去除网版表面水份,然后再放入40℃以下的干燥箱进行干燥,需充分干燥,否则网版易掉胶。

 

 

 

7、二次曝光:对S面进行曝光,曝光时间为P面曝光的1-2倍,可大幅提高耐印率。

8、硬 化:待网版完全干燥后,将混合过后的A+B硬化液均匀地涂在网版的P面与S面,1-2分钟后使用吸尘器或气枪吹通下墨区,干燥

20-30分钟,可大幅提高网版耐印率。

9、脱 膜:可使用英科特的脱膜化学剂,建议使用高压水枪; 

曝光时间越长,网版耐磨性越佳。必要的时候进行二次曝光,会使脱膜更容易。若产生鬼影,建议以英科特去鬼影膏去除。

 

 

注意事项

 

1、感光胶保存:未敏化前感光胶胶体的存放温度在20℃的冷暗处最佳。请勿在超过25℃或低于5℃的环境下保存,否则易产生化学及物理变化,影响正常使用。重氮请在0-5℃冰箱内储存。储存寿命:未敏化的:达一年。敏化的,在20 C下: 2-4周。

2、丝网的脱脂:涂布感光胶前的网版,推荐使用英科特脱脂剂彻底清洗,除去油脂及污物。充分清洗后干燥,可获得高品质网版及提高耐印率。                                                                                                                                                    

3、重氮溶解:溶解重氮应使用纯水或纯净水,如果直接使用自来水,自来水中的矿物质及水锈会与感光胶产生化学反应, 影响性能,严重时会使胶体结块,无法正常使用。                                                                                                       

 4、干燥箱温度:干燥箱的温度以40℃以下为最佳,超过40℃时,感光胶易产生热反应,使解像性降低。干燥箱应有排气装置,以便箱内湿气排出,提高网版完全干燥效率。每月需检验烘箱内部的温度是否与设定温度一致。                            

5、冬季的显影:冬季如果显影水温太低,会造成网版显影不良及解像性下降,推荐用温水(25℃)进行显影。

usage

1、sensitization:use about 50g deionized water to dissolve diazo, then add into photoresist, stir completely with glass bar or wood stick, use after defoam.

2、coating:the film thickness depends on the need of print.。

3、dry:better to keep under 40℃,high temperature make the thermal reaction of the photoresist,affect the effect of plate making,the screen should be completely dry.。

4   exposure time:5~15minute,1000*1000mm depends on film thickness and photosensibility。

5、development:immersed into pool after exposure, it takes about 1min.then use pressure water or spray gun 

6、dry: after development,  remove the  water remain  on the  screen,  dry under 40℃. Wait for complete dry, or film may fall away.

7、second exposure:exposure for S side,exposure time is 1-2 times of P side,which increase the press run。

8、harden:after the plate completely dry, coat mixed MA,MB in both side of plate, after 1-2 min, blow through the ink area wit cleaner or air gun, dry for 20-30min to increase the press run.

9、de-film:use Inkuter de-film agent and pressure water. The longer exposure time is, the better the wear resistance of the screen is. If necessary a second exposure make easier to remove the film. If there is a ghost, use Inkuter ghost remove cream.

 

note

 

1、store of photoresist:glue without sensitization should be stored at 5~25℃ away form light. Photosensitizer should be stored at 0~10℃ in refrigerator. The shelf life of the glue without sensitization is 1year under appropriate conditions. After sensitization, the shelf life of the glue is about 20~30 days at 5~10℃ away form light.

2、degreasing of the screen: before coating, use Inkuter degreasing agent to clean completely, remove dirt and grease. Dry after fully clean, high quality screen improve the printing resistant.  

3、dissolve diazo:Use pure water to dissolve the photosensitizer, or some minerals in the water may take chemical reaction with the photosensitive,  which affect the performance, may even make the colloid agglomeration, make it can’t be used. 

 4、dry temperature:better to keep under 40℃,high temperature make the thermal reaction of the photoresist,affect the resolution. Drying oven should have exhaust device to clear the oven of moisture, improve drying efficiency. Check the temperature in the oven if it’s equal to temperature set.

5、development in winter:if the temperature of water is to low,the development may run not wo well and the resolution  may decrease, better to use water at 25 ℃ for development.
