Check the clean and dry screen and confirm that there is no dust on the screen;2, with scraper coating, under normal circumstances first coated with P surface and then coated with S surface (coating engineering according to customer needs), after coating into the drying oven (box temperature is 40±2℃) thoroughly dry;3. Take out the screen plate to measure the film thickness. If the film thickness does not meet the requirement of increasing, carry out the second coating project, and then dry thoroughly until the film thickness requirements are met.Note: the screen should be thoroughly dry before seihan making or the next coating project, not thoroughly dry will easily produce glue.Three, exposure:When the film thickness meets the requirements, the exposure test sheet is used for exposure and the best exposure time is selected.Note: film and exposure glass should be clean and dust-free to avoid pinholes; The film is closely combined with the screen so as not to affect the effect of plate making.IV. Imaging (avoid light) :1. Soak the screen plate in water (about 5-8 minutes) and shake it in the water. When some images appear, you can wash the P and S surfaces with a spray gun for imaging.2. After development, go out to remove water and dry.Note: Long time immersion before development will cause the cured part to expand easily, and the film will fall off and affect the image quality.Five, the second exposure:Face S to the light source and make a second exposure twice as long as the first exposure time.Note: through the secondary exposure or the use of our company A+B hard film agent, improve the screen printing rate.
